"We had an amazing stay at Hotel Podstine during our honeymoon and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
The included breakfast was one of the highlights. There was a great selection, including some really unique and interesting options that went well beyond the typical hotel breakfast. The restaurant on site was also excellent, which made it really convenient to have a great meal without having to go anywhere.
Our room situation had a bit of a mishap due to an Expedia booking error, which was completely outside of Podstine’s control. That said, the staff went above and beyond to make it right and gave us two complimentary 30 minute massages. We really appreciated how they handled the situation.
The private beach is absolutely beautiful and the swimming is fantastic. The hotel is also close enough to the Old Town that you can easily walk there, while still feeling peaceful and removed from the busier areas.
We stayed in the annex and had an incredible ocean view from our balcony. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and they even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine for our honeymoon, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Overall, Podstine made our honeymoon in Hvar even more special. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it."
