"Pretty disappointed by this stay. Room did not feel very clean, the bathroom had a sewage smell, the bed was made with a sheet that seemed too small, leaving part of the mattress exposed. We were given little vouchers for the coffee pods (which gave the two of us 4 total pods for our 3 night stay), which just made the entire experience feel like they provided the bare minimum for what was a pretty expensive price. Why even have a nice coffee machine if they don’t want to provide enough coffee? I...

"The room was clean and well stocked. The staff were excellent and very helpful.
The location is good for walking to the train station, the bus station and to shops.
However, there are many stairs to enter into the building. The staff assisted with the luggage on check-in and check out.
The noise in the alley late at night and all through the night was extreme. I guess we were unlucky to get one of the rooms that the windows faced the alley. As the air conditioning was not working, our...

"Pros: great location, large spacious rooms newly renovated and staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons: very noisy location with many bars in the area playing music loud in to til 3am on Fri and the weekends. Breakfast was good, continental but was always late setting up. Stayed 9 days but had to pay 20 pounds per hour just for 2hr late check out I thought that was very lousey."

"I would stay again, and will, but the room had no plug in the sink which a number of gnat flies came from. When I informed the host, they were apologetic and said they would inspect the room. I have stayed here before and this is the only occasion this has happened"
