"Over all it was a good experience. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. The location didn’t really mention that the train tracks ran 2meters from the hotel and made a horrible noise. During night time it was insects around the room. Though over all, the staff cooked a nice breakfast, had a nice pool and just 2 min walk to the beach. "

Beautiful pool and garden area - towels were supplied. The breakfast cooked by Anuradha was delicious - fruit, toast, eggs, tea and coffee. Great value for a very luxurious stay! "An oasis of calm in the countryside! Lovely rooms, lovely pool area & a fantastic place to watch the jungle wildlife! The manager was super helpful too. The beach is a 40 min walk away, or a short tuk tuk ride. "

"Mango House is a great place to stay within the Fort at Galle. Property is at a premium in this area so the room was smaller and more expensive than others on our holiday in Sri Lanka. That said, it was still nice and the breakfast was a treat. Great location for exploring as you can walk anywhere you need to with the Fort."
