"The room was clean and smelled clean when I entered. The pillows and the bed were comfortable. Coffee 24 hours with some food in the morning, muffins, toast and cereal. Pricing was good competitive with the other hotels in this area. Walter the front GSR was sweet. It was nice talking with him at check in because he lived in New England. He explained all the amenities as he was checking me in. I will be back to this hotel again."

"Good location at a good price. The only thing I did not like was the clerk's lack of concern for me making an error on my booking. I made a mistake by making a reservation for next week, when I meant to indicate this week instead. I tried contacting Expedia to see if I could cancel this non-refundable mistake for next week, but the clerk couldn"t care less or even offer to help me resolve this mistake. Expedia said that they would have to contact the hotel to see if they would honor my request for a refund cancelation. So far, I have not heard anything from anybody"

"This is an older hotel that is being renovated. Our room was remolded, very clean and comfortable. The area is right next to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Very quiet. There is a little restaurant just the road for dinner and a small coffee shop across the street that serves breakfast sandwiches and has great coffee. I would stay here again."
