"Our room was lovely with access to a beautiful porch with fabulous lake view. The room was also very comfortable and an adequate breakfast with coffee maker is available and always well stocked. There is no reception desk so we never encountered any one working there."

"The room was a good size, beds ere comfortable, heating and air conditioning was good. At prime time for a shower the water was not hot. At off hours it was better, not great. The room has so much potential but that is why it is a low price, which is why I took the room. My only complaint is the sign to the entrance is small and unlit it is easy to miss. It has not changed in over a year so i guess they don't think it is important."

"I would like to thank Mike and the owners for providing an affordable and clean space for our four day stay in Burlington. We were pleased with the clean room and bathroom, as well as the strong hot water. The location was ideal for visits to downtown Burlington and the adjacent towns. Manager Mike was also very good at communicating and providing anything that we needed. Don’t be put off by the lack of a 24 hour designed reception area. This worked out fine!"
