"The location is excellent! It’s a wonderful place to relax, enjoy the peaceful lake views, take a walk even at night, or have breakfast by the water. They also have a lovely outdoor fire pit where you can spend the evening relaxing under the stars. The setting is definitely the highlight of this hotel!
The rooms are renovated, clean, and nicely maintained. However, there are a few things worth considering before booking.
The hotel does not have an elevator, and the stairs are quite steep, which could be challenging for families with young children, older guests, or anyone with mobility limitations. As a couple, we managed fine, although going up and down the stairs certainly felt like a workout!
The room has a nice refrigerator but no microwave, so don’t plan on reheating any food. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work during our stay, and the fan was extremely noisy and operated on only one setting, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable room temperature.
Overall, the beautiful lakeside setting and peaceful atmosphere make this hotel a lovely place to unwind. However, a few improvements to the room amenities and climate control would make the experience significantly better."
