"This was my third time staying. The venue was the same as the last time. Very clean. The staff was very accommodating. Only thing I noticed is that the sheets didn’t change, they had gotten dirty from my child's milk."

"Advertising stated that the hotel was close to the geneva airport. This was true BUT in rush hour in a taxi, it cost me 42 CF to the trip and again 23 CF next moring (that was at 6:30 am and no traffic!!) The food options for supper at the hotel were excellent and much appreciated having it right there. I did not take breakfast buffet since the taxi cost so much!"

"The rooms are clean especially for a three-star hotel. However, the AC in this hotel did not work. We were a large family staying at this hotel and had booked five different rooms. Only one of the rooms had a proper working AC and unfortunately there was a heat wave in Geneva during our stay. It was impossible to get a good night's rest at the hotel. Also, the showers are very small. The location is central, but I would not stay here again, especially for the high cost."

"First time in 25 years of traveling with the family that we couldn't eat at the hotel restaurant. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so little to no alternative. Ended up outside at the rooftop, but on a 36c hot day, it was less that enjoyable. Fortunately the staff on the rooftop was outstanding and helped make our stay more enjoyable. "We stayed here before our early morning flight out of Geneva. The room was already setup for our family of four which was great as we arrived late in the evening. We then walked to the airport which was doable. We didn't use any of the amenities but we will come back if we need to fly out of Geneva."
