"Bathroom in our apartment flooded as the slope of the bathroom was going against the drain. It took the staff a lot of time to resolve. They ending up upgrading us to a better room the next day but for such a nice resort they need to get their construction sorted. Also, they restrict consumption of store bought alcholhol in the hotel room which is very strange. You should be free to consume what you want in your room. "

"A lovely family run guesthouse close to GOI airport. I had a premium room which was spacious, clean and had balconies to the front and back of the room. A short walk down to the beach where there are a number of restaurants to eat and watch the sunset. Would stay here again for sure"

"Very good service and rooms"

"We have just come back from a 3 night stay at the ITC with friends. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend ITC. Here are some of our thoughts: - The hotel was lovely, an extensive resort filled with natural beauty and plenty of grounds to wander through. - The beach is gorgeous with soft, powdery sand and lots of space. "Property rooms are just ok in size but beds are small for 2 adults. House cleaning staff came very late for cleaning and didn't change the bedsheet. In night they opened karoke in dining area and it was all too noisy which created headache as 3-4 persons were trying to sing in horrible sound and rhythm.
