"The only complaint I have, was the check in desk made a long line of people wait until exactly 4pm to check in. I know they were full, but when you have up to 10 people waiting to check in at 3:50pm, you could probably get the process started, and not just have 3 people at the check in counter staring at their clocks until it ticked over to 4pm. It was just a bad look on the hotel and service. Everything else was fine, so that just stood out as something that was a little ridiculous."

"They were out of milk for breakfast on Friday. The staff was very helpful. I actually did use the iron and ironing board. The iron was very hot. I had to be a party pooper and report some college kids her were actually grilling next to the building stairs (fire code violation). They left a huge mess next to the building. The staff was nice and the inside was clean and well maintained."

"Staff was great, place was clean, pool and hot tub were nice. Great location. Only thing lacking was breakfast. We have had wonderful breakfasts at other hotels but this was adequate at most. Not many choices. Packaged stuff and when things are gone they were not replaced. We asked for a quiet room and it was wonderful. Everything else was great."
