I think this hotel's focus is more on events planned in their event spaces than on the actual guests that are staying in the rooms on the property. We called the restaurant onsite to ask questions/request room service but they hung up the phone on us twice. Requested the free shuttle service to the train station 5 minutes away and the staff responded as if they had no idea what I was talking about. Free shuttle available is listed as part of their amenities both on their website and on their listing on Expedia. They did eventually, begrudgingly offer to arrange a shuttle for us but since we were not guaranteed a return shuttle on the way back to the hotel we decided not to take them up on their offer. The room was clean. The breakfast buffet was minimal. The location was good, safe and suited our needs.

Friendly, pet friendly, nice place. The lobby was a very nice place to sit and have coffee by the fireplace. The only negative was I didn't like that the buffet breakfast was $14.95 pp. It was nothing special. So I did not eat anything before driving long distance.

This hotel is the best in the area. Staff is very helpful and kind. They put fresh baked cookies out every afternoon. I have a Service Dog and she was treated so very kindly by all of the staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

Check was quick and efficient. I was greeted with curtesy and professionalism. The room was a bit worn down. The furniture was banged up and didn't glide well when opening up the drawers. The lighting was very dim. Maybe install higher wattage bulbs. One of the lamps wasn't working at all. The shower was difficult to figure out. Water would not come out unless you pull the knob very hard towards you. Not a good design since too much pulling over time has caused the knob to be very wobbly and loose. Also, I finally saw the instructions on how to use the shower, but that sign was so high up the wall that I missed it the first time.

The room and building were clean. Location off the high way was really convenient and it was close to a huge mall. Several restaurants were only a five minute drive. The room itself was a double full bed suite and it was clean and spacious. One thing to note, no smart tvs which would’ve been nice, we were traveling with children and there were like 20 local boring channels/ no cartoons or movies.
