"Staff incredible. Got stuck in elevator. The next day only 1 out of 3 were even functioning. Indoor pool GREEN. Weedy outside. Very soft beds for sleeping. Great breakfast buffet, but pricey. Yummy dinner options! Again, no better staff around, just please, please fix your elevators!!! ."

"Our room was not clean and very outdated. Cracks in the toilet seat, beat up furniture, the bedside table had cracks and chips on it, and the door frame had marks all over looking like it had been open with a crow bar. The restaurant staff were very friendly and efficient."
