"1. Check in is unprofessional, after getting my ID, front desk verified my phone number, after this step, they requested to see my original reservation receipt, which was very confusing. I asked something wrong? They said they just need to check. (Most of holiday in express can finish check in in 30 second, this one takes much longer time).

"Even though I did my reservation in advance, they didn't have a room available upon my arrival. The person in charged walked me two blocks away to a building with rooms.
