I suggest that the information on the website be updated to provide the name of the apartment, the exact location of the apartment and to add a local number to call incase one cannot find the place. Information on how to operate the TV, AC and wifi should be provided on arrival."

"On arrival the apartment was very very dirty, it was obvious it hasn't been cleaned for a very long time or rather not at all. The curtains in the main bedroom were hanging by only a few hooks. The dishes from the previous time was still in the dishwasher and clearly it was in there for a long time, even the dirt was growing.
