"I travel very often for work and hotel convenience and cleanliness matter greatly to me. However this trip was about traveling 2,400 miles helping a family member in crisis and it’s the staff here I want to commend. When I booked this hotel I needed a late check out in order to conduct a virtual training webinar for work and needed a quiet space for 3 hours. "I like that it was clean and this death was friendly what I didn't like was I didn't have waffles for breakfast and my curtain in my room wouldn't go up to get daylight in but other than all that it was really nice"

"Where we check in at was across the street from our room, room stunk, phone or tv didn’t work, toilet barely flushed, room was extremely hot took forever for it to cool down, had to ask for a extra sheet to put down under the door for the HUGE gap that was allowing bugs to come in the room and allow air out, found baby roaches all in the room, honestly the worst place I have ever stayed! Not at all worth the price! I wouldn’t recommend this to my enemy!"

"Do NOT book this hotel online!! They do not honor online reservations! We booked through Hotels.com and when we arrived they said they no longer use Hotels.com and that we had no reservation. They had none of the rooms we had booked. They only take reservations made through that specific hotel. "

"Being placed on the 3 rd floor for a week after requesting floor one or two 3 months prior was my worst nightmare. The lady at the front desk kept liking and saying there were no other rooms when she checked in 4 rooms to people who I knew personally that were physically fit. I also walked the floor late at night and there were empty rooms. Never again!"
