"For three persons we had asked for three bottles of water instead of two supplied - just for some 15 Rs worth water, manager was showing me rules We had informed him earlier they we will not be having breakfast as we had to leave early. We had paid for the breakfast online - did not support in giving water also. Disgusting "

"Excellent buffet breakfast! Location was perfect for me close to the airport. Room is large and very comfortable with all the modcons required for a pleasant stay. I checked out the pool temperature which was perfect for the extreme heat outdoors! The staff were exceptional especially the restaurant and security team. Very hospitable and accommodating. "The room was average and the first issue I noticed was that the shower drainage was completely clogged and I had to stop my shower and have the maintenance clean up! This should have been taken care of prior to letting the hotel guests in."

"Breakfast, staff, pool, room was all lovely. On my 5 sunbeds at the pool though so we had to wait on two for a while - as people were just using them to keep their towels on while in the pool. We actually wanted to lay on them."

Expedia was offering Rs.3040 plus taxes including breakfast for King Size room with Sofabed. Talked to the manager to discuss options for matching room & rates. Was told to book it through Expedia. Even though I explained them why pay commission to third party instead make a reservation directly with the hotel. After arriving to the hotel, I learned that, they can manipulate things...
