"The staff made our stay extra special. They made you feel as though they really cared about helping you. They were very interested in who you were and why you were there. In particular the stand outs were a Dutch male who spoke excellent English and ordered our cab for us. Dhairyaraj who was working in reception. Catherine in the dining room and a male waiter who was Catherine's colleague and wore an apron. We took a photo of his name badge but he moved too quickly and we can't read his name - Catherine might remember. The only negative was that the receptionist promised to call us when our room was ready. she didn't call and it was a very cold day."

"The hotel is beautiful, the room was amazing (we were upgraded) and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip into Sydney. "

The front desk clerk, in particular, was incredibly helpful—recommending local attractions and great restaurants, and even taking the time to circle them on a map of the city. Their hospitality really enhanced my stay. However, the rules and requirements for the attached casino were a bit off-putting and took away from the overall experience. The atms available did not allow myself or anyone of in my party to withdrawl funds. "
