"キッチン付きのファミリー部屋にしましたが、毎日綺麗に掃除してくださり、子連れでバタバタのところ、掃除の時に食器まで洗ってくれたり大変助かりました。 部屋も綺麗でバス停も近く街まで出るのも大変便利でした。隣にスーパーがあるのも魅力的です。スタッフの方も質問しに行くと英語も通じて親切に対応してくれました。"

"Ideal for everything Bern has to offer including shopping, historical sights, dining, bus and train stations. Spacious rooms (we had the double comfort room), very clean, modern, comfy bed, great linens and pillow choices. Would definitely stay here again with pleasure. Also, TV stations were plentiful. "
