"Had everything we needed"

"Only downside was that they charge for WiFi. Today, even most lower tier hotel offer WiFi for free. That would make it easy to access the WiFi. As a member, it was free for me, but I still had to go through the hassle of connecting. I kept getting error messages so I changed my password. Then I got a message that the password I just changed was incorrect. This kept happening over and over. It should just connect by my room number."

"FYI - I asked Ai Google for the "most comfortable hotel beds, free parking, and breakfast in Salt Lake City" for our overnight stay. 2 places popped up and after reading reviews we chose Crystal Inn. This place is a gem! We will be returning when passing through the area in the future for sure. At registration Ian was so helpful and engaging when we checked in as well as bringing us additional items we needed for my disabled spouse to sleep comfortably. The hotel was hosting a bunch of sports...

"Very nice hotel! Staff was nice. We enjoyed breakfast. It seemed like the good breakfast was on the weekend as we checked in on Thursday evening and ate breakfast Friday and Saturday and each day had a different breakfast with Saturday including waffles! "

"What a very nice place and very close to everything downtown. Two separate bedroom with a bathroom for both. 3 TV's. Nice living area and kitchen. The whole place was very clean. I will be going back to this place on out next trip to SLC."
