"From the front desk staff to maid service to the shuttle van driver, everyone was friendly and welcoming. It was great to have a shuttle van as our flight was early in the morning. "This is my third time staying at this hotel, and it’s very convenient for the airport. The shuttle used to be free, but this time it was paid, which was an unpleasant surprise. "Very close to the airport and plenty of parking. Room was tidied up daily. We were given the room on the ground floor and there were days especially in the morning when there were lots of noises like banging doors and trolleys passing by. Breakfast is fine. Maybe time to get a new bread toaster too as you need to hold the lever to toast it as it is broken😬. Otherwise we had a comfortable stay and staff were very nice, helpfl and accomodating."

"Hotel was super convenient to and from the airport with their shuttle. You have to reserve a seat on the shuttle, so we let them know what time we were landing. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant which was nice."

"The room was clean and nice enough, but the view of the lake was obstructed by an adjacent building. The gardens were not very impressive and the pool and hot tub were not good. The exercise equipment and "arcade" were basically a few pieces in an outdoor storage area. The staff and owners were very nice and helpful. You can take a ferry from Stresa to Islo Bella, which is very nice, but parking is difficult and it is very crowded. "
