"A minor mistake made while booking turned my experience into a complete nightmare. Because of my dyslexia I booked Friday night instead of Saturday night (made the booking the night before, on Thursday). I got an email on Friday asking me how my stay was going, and I realised a mistake had been made. I then spent three hours (!) on the phone trying to resolve the situation, going round the houses. "Great hotel set in quiet, open expanse of countryside backing onto golf course with ample free parking. Room was large, modern, comfortable and well appointed with beverage kit, kettle, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
