Close to shopping and restaurants.

The hotel had no information about my reservation and sent me away to another inferior hotel nearby. I came back the next day to see a manager and a helpful staff member sorted it out. In general. helpful staff. Poor on menu items shown to be offered to the american visitors. For example, they had no jam to go on the bread toast for breakfast. The waiter was disrespectful. Instead of placing tomato soup properly on my table, almost threw on my table, that also not in front of me but far away from me. So I returned the soup saying I did not want it that way. Bathroom shower water not restricted to stay within shower area and flowed all over the bathroom floor, making it wet and slippery to walk.

Hotell som fyller sin funktion men är inte så himla Deluxe som namnet framhäver. Dock är det Indien och i deras mått kanske det är deluxe.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

This is not a 5 star hotel but the service is like a 5 star. Staffs are really friendly and trust worthy. The location of this hotel is great if someone wants to be in the centre of Carol Bagh for shopping.

Amazing place to stay for shopping

Great security. The restaurant, Pind Balluchi had good food that was reasonably priced. Good service and very safe. The room was cleaned daily without fail. There was no fear regarding my things. In fact, left my Iphone to charge there when I went out with no worries and it was left there even after the room was cleaned. Very near to Karol Bagh shopping market. The toilets however, could have been cleaner. Excellent service though! Will not mind coming back!

“Friendly, welcoming, clean, spacious Hotel

We arrived in the middle of the night but the staff were well prepared and waiting! They helped us to settle down quickly for a good sleep. The staff are exceptionally warm and friendly, feels like a family from the first moment! And yes! It really feels safe here! A rare feeling in Delhi. They are extremely helpful, you just say it and they will do their best to help you out.The rooms were very clean although luxurious, same with the washrooms. The air conditioner works smoothly too. Wifi works perfectly.Food was awsm!!!!Overall, I felt very good staying at this hotel and I would definately recommend this place for young travellers who like to stay in a place where they can feel home!

Perfect and clean hotel.

Gautam Hotel looks quite good with a clean bright reception area.Rooms are big and clean,Excellent Indian food and a really good atmosphere! The bathroom was also quite clean and all the stuff worked perfectly from the shower to the taps. The TV, AC in the room were working perfectly too. The best part is the location of this hotel and the spacious rooms which are very neat and clean.The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful in any request we had. Perfect hotel.

Great for a budget accommodation.

A decent hotel with lots of facilities and service.A very clean hotel and good looking hotel. The rooms are big and accommodating.The high level of quality and great hospitality by the staff.The restaurant at the ground floor was very different I never experienced such a good traditionally decorated restaurant and they served excellent food.location of the hotel is convenient and the hotel was clean. service was very prompt.LOVED MY STAY.

Good clean hotel with basic facilities. Good staff. Free wifi with good speed is a bonus.the restaurant offered Excellent Indian food and a really good atmosphere! loved it a lot.Room was soo well.

Great hotel with great location.

Staff were very welcoming. A very charming, friendly hotel with good value for money. Pleasantly surprised - rooms were comfortably furnished with good bathroom facilities.Food was mindblowing and very tasty.

my first time staying in this area and the hotel really is in tune with what is a great place to base yourself for a visit. The room was clean and in great condition.Loved the modern feel of the room.

LA HABITACIÓN ESTABA UBICADA EN EL TERCER PISO. POR EL SISTEMA DE EXTRACCIÓN DE HUMOS DEL RESTAURANTE DEL HOTEL HABÍA VIBRACIÓN EL LA HABITACIÓN Y TAMBIÉN RUIDO. NO ERA TODA LA NOCHE PORQUE HACIA LAS 00:30 LO APAGABAN PERO RESULTABA BASTANTE MOLESTO.

Not impressed

Not Impressed I have used Expedia in US and Uk, in all my previous experiences it was wao! However with the Gautam at Karol Bagh New Delhi it was way below my expectation! To make up I decided to stop over at Four Point Bur Dubai.
