Good rooms, good Amenities. Its just that if you have to use the pool area, access to that is too complicated and need directions as one may have to take 3 separate elevators to enter the pool area. Also there is no lifeguards or any external support at the pool. Rest stay was quite comfortable. Staff was very cooperative and courteous

Hotel was absolutely worth full.Staffs are friendly.Like to mention some name satya,shamshad and Nirmal and especially Pankaja who made the stay more comfortable and memorable.Food is also up to the mark. Thank you all of you for kind efforts and would like to recommend.

Hôtel was sufficiently clean, and reception staff friendly. However doing ourselves in a situation where we were stranded and couldn’t get to the hotel (as no drivers could find the entrance), phoned the hotel to see if they could send us a taxi, or someone to walk us from the petrol station nearby as we were three females travelling alone and they told us no and hung up. Will never be back. Also wouldn’t recommend booking breakfast if you do wish to stay here!

Nice and comfortable hotel - Quick check-in and put procedure. Room was clean and ready. Breakfast was unfortunately not up to the mark, with too little variation and especially juice and coffee lacked “5 star” experience

Definitely recommend

Overall, I would recommend. I felt safe being there as there was security to get through. The staff inside and outside were great and always ready to help. The room was a great size in accommodating three persons. The tub looked a little dirty but I had no intentions of using it. Otherwise, it was clean and the bed was super comfy. Also, the WiFi was a little spotty. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

The hotel is nice. I stayed there this year and last year since it’s close to my family’s house. The service has gone down dramatically between the two years. Housekeeping would not replace all the items. If I called, no one would come for an hour or two. Once I forgot to lock my locker when I left the room for the day, no one would pick up the phone at the front desk/ property. The hotel needs more staffing and improve guest services.

Very disspointing stay and quite possible the worst stay I've ever had in a hotel anywhere in the world. The hotel overall needs desperate renovation, to the bones. There is an overwhelming musty and damp smell everywhere, particularly in the hallways and in the room. The air was so damp that my bedsheets were damp as well. Furniture and fittings are reminders of when this was likely last updated, which is more than 17 years ago from what I gathered from the staff. Broken tiles in the bathroom, mold and rust on the metalic fixtures, stains on furniture and lighting fixtures. A big wedding/banqueting venue nextdoor as well,which meant that in wedding season (nonvember time) it gets really loud when you're meant to sleep. Thank goodness for the absolutely amazing staff who were so friendly and helpful, they could not do enough for us. Absolutely extortionate nightly rate to pay for such conditions - GBP150 per night! Never again!

The property needs a lot of maintenence... it is currently a 2 star property, rules are ridiculous for foreign visitors. Wi fi in hotel sucks. It is not very clean. Manager Gulzar was very helpful, but rest of the staff was alright. Room keys don't work most of the time. The water was very dirty in the tub. Do not stay at this property if you have high expectations or if you are an international visitor.
