"My stay at the Taj Palace was absolutely exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a wonderful atmosphere, outstanding facilities, and excellent food. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was the staff. Mohika, the restaurant manager, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She always stopped by to check on us, took the time to speak with us, and made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. Her kindness and professionalism were remarkable. Gaurav also provided impeccable service. He consistently ensured that all of our needs were met and delivered hospitality at the highest level. His attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly impressive. The entire team was wonderful, but Mohika and Gaurav made our experience extra special. Because of them, this was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. I would gladly return and highly recommend the Taj Palace to anyone visiting New Delhi."

"The hotel gave good impression in general, however it has a feeling of its age. Not bad at all but obviously not very modern. The breakfast had its challenges. The coffee machine didn’t work and there was a cockroach crawling right behind it. I mean things like this happen anywhere, but that gives you the overall impression on the condition of the hotel."

"Hotel was modern and clean Breakfasts good value All other meals overpriced Taxi service very expensive Taxi driver that I hired for 8 hour tour of Delhi, decided it would be a good idea to put me on a pedal rickshaw for two hours and then began taking me to shops that he gets kickbacks from, I asked him to return me to Hotel, despite being told I would only be charged for 4 hrs, still got charged for 8. Consider an out of hotel taxi service."
