The stay was fine but the charge for parking was not expected. We were there one night on the way to the airport and had to pay for parking on some app totally separate from the hotel bill. This is robbery. The guy at the service desk told us it was “something the city of Denver was doing” but that is totally untrue. It’s more income for the hotel! It’s a hidden cost and having to use an app that is not great just to pay once for parking is annoying. This hotel is in the middle of a field not downtown NYC where parking is a premium. Never did I expect I would have to pay to park there. Absolutely will not get cheated again in Denver nor anywhere else with this tactic. I’ll simply go ten more minutes away from the airport and park for free and probably find a cheaper room too. Denver airport is the worst; it’s always a mess and hard to navigate!! I will just avoid the whole city. We checked and found that all the hotels in the area were all charging for parking with separate billing so it’s a new way to get money out of tourists. Unacceptable Denver!

Some interactions with staff were great. The phone recording for the shuttle pick up at the airport was incorrect due to construction and spent half an hour in the wrong place and another 30 minutes plus waiting. The staff answering the phone gave incorrect information regarding the color of the shuttle. The breakfast was good and the room clean but smelled of the cleaning fluid. When I messaged questions to the property thru Expedia it was never answered.

I had to have an impromptu overnight stay at a hotel near the Denver airport and I chose the Hampton Inn, because I have used other Hampton Inns in the past and they have a great price point, I’ve always been clean, have the free breakfast, including bacon and eggs, and all the good stuff, and I’ve never had an issue with a stay. I was able to use the app to get a digital key so I didn’t have to talk to anyone to get into my room late in the evening. And I used the app to check out in the morning. I used the shuttle from the airport and back, which comes every 15 minutes. I wish they had actual little coffee creamers in the room versus the powder, but my room was very clean, the TV welcome to me by name, which was a cute gesture , and they are doing updates to the property, which is needed. I would stay here again.

Had a prepaid reservation but when we got there they said they were sold out and turned us away. We got there at midnight and had to try to find other accommodations. Everywhere in the area was sold out so we had to pay an uber to take us 20 miles to an available hotel.

Very close to the Denver International Airport and is a newer hotel. Beds were very comfortable and room was very clean. We had dinner at the Moonlight Diner next door that had great food and the hotel breakfast was very good as well. They waived the parking fee when I asked about it during check in.
