I had a meeting at 6:30 so i made sure to arrive eariy to check in. I got the room key and then left for my meeting. When i got back the office was closed and i discovered my key cards did not work. Fortunately i was able to get someone to come to the office to do my keys again. One card wouldnt program at all so it was tossed. The other took multiple tries but eventually was programmed. The more disappointing thing is that the wifi did not work. There is a note on the office door that they are not responsible for the wifi and provided a number mber to call for troubleshooting. I called that number and the company said that the wireless access point needed to be rebooted. I must be the only person staying there that wanted wifi? Lastly there was about a half inch gap under the door that i could clearly see the flood lit parking lot through. I am glad there were no small crawling things on my room. The staff were very nice and the tall fences and electronic gates make the place seem more secure than most budget motels.

Do not stay there!!!! It is possibly the worst thing you could ever do!!! Either for business or traveling or a relaxing stay! This particular location I have noticed really only accommodates Drug dealers, Hookers " prostitutes." And the rest are people that are the reason ICE DOES WHAT IT DOES!! 8 DRUG OD'S IN THE LAST 2 AND 1/2 MONTHS. AS WELL AS A FATAL SHOOTING JUST WEDNESDAY APRIL 29TH.

Worst hotel ever and I checked in when looked at the room and trash was in the county the trash all over the floor the syringes outside of the f****** property it was just probably the worst hotel I've ever been in don't recommend it nice so I just left it was embarrassing to have my family there didn't even stay and now they won't even give me a refund honestly wouldn't even pay $20 to stay there so wouldn't recommend it

Will never be going back! The room smelled so much as smoke. The air conditioner / TV / didn’t work. The sink and toilet was stain tub was worse. Someone tried to open my door in the middle of the night. Worse experience I’ve ever had!

Parking was easy. Room not so great. Elevator did not work. Had older folks that had to go up 3 flight of stairs. AC was broken and the room smelled like people smoked inside. Asked for a better room or at least where guest did not smoke outside your door. Staff was hard to get a hold off and front office door was always locked.

No heat…the office closed at 7…no one at desk … no maintenance…one wash cloth even though when I reserved, I marked two adults. Shower was filthy along with shower curtain… fridge was dirty… mattress was disgusting and filthy. Couldn’t get refund because of the time I checked in was after the time I could be refunded.. The only good thing I can say is the staff that was available were nice

We walked into our room and it was dirty throughout, our room door had 5 holes in it which i have pictures of. Our shower only turned warm almost cold and we had no towels or bathroom tissue upon entry as well as our sheets being dirty . It seemed like people were living there and trash all outside as well. Druggies sitting outside your room at 3 in the morning is scary too. Overall not a great place to stay.

There is no Internet use for guests and of course they will not tell you that when you're checking in, no discount for that. Nothing. Rooms are dated, and smell like cheap perfume

This place was disgusting. The whole studio was dirty. Bugs in the kitchen. The walls had stains. Smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Opened soap wrapper. I was only there for 45 minutes and checked out. Save you the trip and do not go stay here.

Room was small for just me. Plugs in the bathroom didn't work. Toilet handle was broke so it took almost an hour for it to fill and be ready to flush. And the brunette elder lady was the worst. Had attitude and wouldn't even try to accommodate me or my needs

The room was heavily neglected and hardly clean on any surface of the room. Used bars of soap and the previous occupants socks were still in the bathroom. Hair and dirt lined every crevice your eyes could see and the musky smell in the room was terrible. Not to mention my vehicle was broken into not even 4 hours after I checked in and the manager told me there was nothing they can help me with and to try with a different manager in the morning 9 hours after the incident. I had to stay awake all night so I could ensure my family and property would be safe.

I had to go purchase my own cleaning supplies just to feel some type of comfort sleeping here I can’t stand filth and I had already purchased my stay so I didn’t want to go through the cancellation processing so I guess party it is my fault for still staying here but when you come to stay in a room that’s supposed to be non-smoking and it smells like the last people that were in here were lifetime smokers and just saturated the whole room with smoke smell so odor, disinfectant and a little bit of a some Fabulosa can’t handle..
