The hotel and amenities were very basic. I had to ask for tissues and a hairdryer (the dryer was missing from its holder in the bathroom, and the 1st one I was given didn't work, so I had to go to the front desk with a wet head to get another). My room, although clean and quiet, was a very weird large triangle shape. The tv was mounted on the far wall and really far away for viewing from the bed. Lots of wasted empty space. I think the room was more for an extended stay visit. I didn't notice that when booking so maybe my mistake. The toilet didn't always flush properly. My key card stopped working so I had to get the door mechanism fixed. No in-room coffee machine, however, maybe the regular rooms had machines in those.

I came to my room. It had a filthy, dirty ring in the tub, open soap in the tub and open soap at the sink. No blow dryer in the blow dryer stand no closet. No hanger. Glad I brought my own towels because the towels at this location you could see through and we’re terribly stained. We asked for an iron they could not give us one and the television volume did not work. We needed to use our Bluetooth speaker to hear it. I will not stay here when back in the Lancaster Pennsylvania area… Very very disappointed

The suite was nice, they just need to clean better. Under my bed was dusty and not been swept. A bit of hair in the bathroom. It would be nice to have tissues in the bathroom as well. Also, I couldn't watch TV. For some reason I would pick the channel I wanted and nothing would happen. It sucked. I will stay again. It took a bit of time to check in which I didn't understand since I was the only person to be checking in by the time I arrived.

FIRST TIME STAYING IN THIS SECTION OF MOTEL, AND EVEN THO LOBBY RENOVATIONS WERE GOING ON THE STAFF DID ALL THEY COULD TO MAKE OUR STAY COMFORTABLE.

Horrible all the way around
Absolutely horrible! The whirlpool that was in the room was so dirty that I had to clean it myself and was told by the front desk that they had no cleaning products and then they lied about it when they talked to the hotel.com people refuse to give me any type of reimbursement so did hotels.com

Not recommended if other options are available. Rooms are dated, refrigerator not working, very dirty and unkempt with limited service. Must renew weekly vs monthly. Very inconvenient.

comfortable overall, cleaner would be better.
Staff was helpful and very accommodating. Checked in was given a room went to room and it had not been cleaned from previous guest. Called the front desk and they jumped through hoops to get us into a different room. Room was nice but the floors were very dirty as we walked the floors (16 month old in particular) his feet became very dirty and black from grime from the floors ( don't know if they mop all that often) there is a strong odor of cigarette smoke in the hallways, I believe the hotel is trying to rectify that issue as they are remodeling. This isn't really the hotels fault but there was defiantly another guest in an adjoining room who smoked wacky tobacky (pot) on the regular and that made things a bit unpleasant. Again not entirely the hotels fault as they cant control every aspect of the guest (don't know how they would handle that issue) Beds were very comfortable room large and spacious. Just minor flaws and some cleanliness issues. Over all not bad.

Their was no maid service and no breakfast which was not told to us until after we checked in to the hotel. The room was clean but smelled like smoke. Me and my wife do not smoke. Check in took longer than usual. We had stayed the previous week somewhere else and they had maid service. We had to empty our trash cans and set outside our room along with used towels. Previous stay was in NJ. CD 19 rules may be different.

My first impression should have been turn around and leave when you see an AC unit sitting out front of your hotel room and your hotel AC in the room did not work the room was a mess out of date small TV for their room bathtub bathroom flaking paint would not stay there again

Average hotel for good price
Stayed one night for a couple hours with my boyfriend as a quick pit stop and was pleasantly surprised. The room was quite large, had a small kitchenette, and a king size bed. I'd recommend for anyone looking for a cheap and comfortable stay.
