This was our second stay at Tru hotel by Hilton, and we had our second awesome stay! When i saw this hotel was an option in the area we needed i jumped right on and booked Tru! Such clean, good service! Will definitely be staying again anytime i see a Tru hotel! Great business and great price

Desk staff does not dress in a professional manner. Ripped up geans, strange colored hair, etc. Toilet set lid falls does not lower slowly. That’s a common upgrade most every body has. Pillows are terrible. They flatten out. Not comfortable. I recommend my pillows. There outstanding!

This hotel is very simple but very clean and staff is exceptionally nice. I would highly recommend staying here if in the area. Convenient breakfast and 24 hr coffee makes it even nicer.

Only stayed for one night but was one of the best hotels I ever stayed at. Room was overall nice and very clean. Comfy beds and wonderful shower pressure in the bathroom. Definitely would stay again. Also very affordable

The hotel is very clean, staff is very nice. But there are no drawers in the room. No dresser, the bedside tables have no drawers. No conventional closet, a rod is there to hang clothes. But this is the design of the hotel. Indoor pool was small. It

This is my new favorite hotel! It is so clean, decorated so well, great amenities in the room & bathroom, lots of storage for a small room and so welcoming. The breakfast was really good and 24 hour coffee & hot chocolate? Yes, please. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Rooms are not cleaned Evan when asked General manager refuses to listen to problems manages staff with intimidation Offers 24 hour coffee (if you don’t mind it cold) Would have expected a Hilton to have higher standards STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your perceived experience while staying with us at the Tru. As you can see by our stellar reviews, your experience is not the norm. We have an incredible, talented and seasoned staff who are all like family and LOVE their jobs. Coffee and tea are always complementary and available in the lobby. 4 AM in the morning, we are preparing fresh coffee for breakfast. It is not instant coffee so it does take a few minutes to brew. If anyone was to ask, any of the staff, at any time during the day or night, kindly, to make fresh coffee, the staff would have absolutely positively no problem doing that for them. Hilton has over 20 hotels brands. It sounds like The Tru is not the right brand for you and that is okay. We hope you find your brand. Continue safe travels and again, thank you for your review.

Property and staff were fantastic!!! Extremely clean, workers on top of breakfast (was delicious and a nice variety), maintenance man seen daily working, pool is the cleanest I've ever seen.

Our trip was Christmas eve into Christmas Day. We had our adult children with us and booked a couple rooms. We picked up dinner and brought it back to their lobby. We felt completely comfortable eating our dinner in the breakfast area. The boys used the indoor pool, and we all played a couple of games of foosball on their tables in the lobby. We really enjoyed the breakfast the next morning. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. It is in a very convenient location and would stay there again.

We have stayed here twice from coming back from the PA Renn Faire and love the hotel. We appreciate all the games/activities in the lobby which is perfect for a family. Made waffles in the lobby for breakfast. We also went to the pool in the morning and enjoyed being the only people swimming. The only downside is that it seemed a little pricey (stayed over on Saturdays)
