We just did a quick overnight so we didn’t make use of all the amenities, but the facility was clean, the staff was friendly and the room was in good order. The only thing that caused a little concern was the fact the room was prepaid with a credit card, but the staff wanted our credit card which they debited for a $100 deposit to cover any amenities we might use during our stay, which has never ever happened to us before, although they already had our credit card information. When asked about the charge we were advised it would be credited back if there were no additional charges, which was supposed to be credited back to my credit card, but remains to be seen. As I stated earlier, this has never happened in any of our previous travel transactions, so although the facilities and the staff were good, I would question additional charges for a deposit that was more than the room rate.
