Front desk closes at 6 so if you check in late you’re locked out unless a guest lets you in. When we stayed there were parties all night long into early morning on 1st floor. No driers or products in the room so be prepared. No front desk if you need extra towels, etc. I won’t stay here again but they will take care of you if you call the number and use extension to get help.

The bathtub had a large hole in the side, the building was not kept clean- didn’t snow shovel, the staff were inconsistent on policies- one day they said one thing, the next day they said another. They allowed a man to physically assault me and slap my butt in front of a camera. They allowed people to use drugs and made my safety feel harmed.

ould rate this hotel zero stars, I would. The property failed to inform guests that it is infested with cockroaches. When I reported the issue to the overnight staff, the manager instructed them to tell me to request a refund through Expedia—a request she later declined, creating unnecessary runaround. When I asked why she denied it, I was told that she “doesn’t give refunds” and that Expedia “knows that,” instead of simply informing me upfront when I first reported seeing a roach in our room. When I called Monday morning, the manager, Katherine, was extremely rude and unhelpful. She refused to provide a corporate contact or her supervisor’s information and even claimed that I “brought the roach” with me. Do not spend your money here.

This is basically an inexpensive extended stay Hotel. We checked in at 9:30 pm and had to call for service because there was no front desk open. The hotel is pretty new, which you would assume would be great, however here are my honest assessments of the room. The bed was quite literally the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced! I have camped many times in tents and I would have been more comfortable on the ground. The bed was like concrete with no padding whatsoever. There were 2 "pillows" if you can call them that. They were literally 2" thick and had no padding at all, I even tried to double them up and was like a rubber band. The room being relatively new , there was a side chair that I assume a cat decided to use as a scratching post because, since it was a synthetic material, it had small holes and tears all over and was already ruined. When you come into the lobby, the elevator at every floor and various places, there were very rude signs, saying that "Extra Towels were not an emergency situation ",and that if you heaven forbid lost your key catd, there would be a $10 charge. I have seen less warning signs in a YMCA or prison. I would suggest paying an additional $10-$20 ans stay next door at the Comfort Suites because this Hotel simply isn't worth it!

After a rather interesting check in process, everything was good! We arrived a little after 10pm and the front desk was already closed for the night with no way to contact anyone to check in. Found a number on Expedia and finally got someone on site to come check us in (they came down in their pajamas). Once we got checked in, we had a great stay!

My mom had rented an accessible room due to mobility issues. The bed was so high she struggled to get in it and there wasn’t a recliner or other option to use instead. It was a dangerous situation and when I talked to the reception she said they and the owner were aware of the issue with bed height but there weren’t other options.

The front desk lady was very nice and got us checked in quickly. The rooms were cleanish but found several spiders. Room smelled a little dank but the air conditioner ROCKED! The people above were randomly loud but was mostly quiet. Would stay again for the price.

The location of the hotel was just off the interstate. It was far enough away that the noise from traffic never bothered us. We never even heard it to be honest! The staff was awesome. The two gentlemen who clean the lobby, hallways, and parking lot do a wonderful job and they both have excellent attitudes! Now for the parts we did not enjoy: Our room smelled like feet heavily for the few couple days (I think this was caused by the air conditioner because the smell finally went away as we used it after some heavy usage). The floor in our room was sticky the whole time so we rarely took our socks off. The whole property smelled like a certain plant that people roll up and smoke heavily the whole time we were there (a week). We didn’t enjoy having to leave the hotel to escape that smell because we could rarely be at the hotel. This place is not super family friendly because it’s more geared toward contractors to stay at while they’re working in town.
