"When we checked in, the lady was extremely friendly. She left at 10. If you needed anything after that, you’re out of luck. They only have a kiosk with someone from India. Not helpful. Needed another pillow, nope. The window wouldn’t lock all the way and the screen was almost off. Then had to go upstairs to get ice. Not a huge deal, but should have taken the stairs.
