"The hotel room was fine, but the hotel attracted a lot of homeless people and people who were just hanging out in the parking lot drinking and smoking and just lingering around my car and many who were hanging out at the pool and made it feel very unsafe. "Room needed cleaning upon arrival, bathroom tub was not cleaned. Unless you request the room to be made is done so otherwise they have a every other day cleaning policy, which means nor the red not shower is made or cleaned. Breakfast is very, very basic and not replenished. Having said that, the Coffee is wonderful, also the staff, brought all my issues to the front Desk and they took action to resolve them. "

"The resort, pool, & food were really very nice. However the hotel part of the resort has serious problems. We will not return. It was dark dirty & poorly staffed housekeeping. We had to change rooms due to ant infestation. Spent our stay searching for basics we needed in our room. The dark walkways & poor signage make it hard to find your room. Same for the dark parking lots. Needs total update for that caliber of hotel. Not worth the $. "
