"Wait staff at breakfast stood around talking instead of serving. Housekeeping the last day just made the bed and did not clean and we got an eye roll when we told her we were leaving in 10 minutes. Music blared at 715 am from the restaurant disturbing our room right off the patio, and then in the restaurant it was so loud you couldnt talk. Booked a massage for an hour and it was only 45 min endingat 10 till the hour and not on the hour. Shower was tepid most days.tv only worked with netflix...

"Wow, I have no words. The most amazing staff and stay I could’ve asked for. The location is more local than anything so if nightlife is a priority to you know you must travel about an hour away to Castries but it wasn’t for me so I was absolutely more than satisfied. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much samfi gardens and st lucia for an amazing trip."

In all of our travels to the eastern carribean we have never met such nice people working at the resort. They were friendly and always helpful."

The resort was conveniently located close to attractions like the waterfall and Sulphur Springs. I got the chance to meet the owner Joe, and he was very welcoming at his house in the resort where the infinity pool with the views of the pitons was. "We loved the ocean view. So prestien. The beds were very comfortable. I didn't feel the room was very clean. The refrigerator only had 3 legs so it would tilt and the door wouldn't stay closed. The 6-1/2 flights of stairs with large bags in the heat with no help and no elevator was grueling."

"Room was very comfortable and clean. Bed was great, air conditioning worked great. Wi-Fi was just OK. My only complaints were that there was very loud music coming from the neighbors on a Saturday night when I stayed there, and the road to the property from the main road isn't the greatest."

The surroundings were peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Everything about the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The only suggestion I would make is to add full-length mirrors to the rooms, as this would be a helpful addition for guests.
