"The ceiling leaked in one of the bedrooms. We reported it. We were told it was fixed and it was not. There was obvious evidence of leaking ceilings in the villa. The internet worked only in the living room. The ice machine didn't work in the fridge. The showers spray on the floor if you don't turn it to the wall (no curtains)."

"The hotel is literally right on the beach, and there are so many amenities, it almost feels like a resort. The restaurant and bar were great, and I enjoyed the small gift shop on site. The rooms were clean, but we needed to empty the loud dehumidifier in the room several times per day. This may have been because one of the balcony windows would not close all the way (but then we were lulled to sleep by the ocean nightly-a plus!). Walking distance to great food spots & a convenience store."
