The staff were excellent, very friendly and helped us to organise our safari as well as travel within and out of Udawalawe. The food was excellent too and good value for money. They are still constructing part of the site so there is a bit of noise but it looked nearly finished and it wasn't disruptive to our stay "

"I must be honest at first I was a bit sceptical about staying in this place. The pictures just didn’t make me feel like it would be a place I want to stay at. So I booked just a few days and then I ended up extending my stay and I stayed here for two weeks I absolutely loved it. The guys that work here were always so attentive and anything I needed or wanted just to make my stay more comfortable. They would always try to get for me. I am so grateful for everyone who works here. I felt safe. I felt taken care of. I will definitely be back. I miss it here every day."
