"The room was very clean ,staff were pleasant and the shower water was very hot everything was just fine. I didn’t have breakfast because I didn’t get up early."

"Loud room- both street noise and also you can hear everything that happens in the rooms above, walking and anything on the floor. Nice staff but also tough to unload gear without room to pull up out front. Valet is the thing to do I guess but we parked it ourselves for $10 instead."

"I really enjoyed this hotel, the location is great, it’s connected to two great restaurants the breakfast menu choices were great. It’s in walking distance to everything this will always be my first choice when staying at the harbor."

"Pool was down, skywalk was down, breakfast was a 45+ min wait, I was charged for daily parking and charged for enter and exit at the parking garage. Would have much rather stay elsewhere."

"My husband and I spent an amazing evening at this hotel. The room itself was absolutely beautiful. The view was AWESOME! Customer Service was GREAT! Our entire experience was SUPERB. We will be booking again definitely."

"Nice location and affordable, BUT upgrades are needed. Elevator buttons dont work properly. Bathroom needs to be re-grouted, stains on the couch. The underside of the blanket had old cigarette burns. Other than that. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful."

"My room was clean and I paid a little extra for a larger suite. It was worth it. Staff friendly but not very accommodating. I asked if my friend could get a room on the same floor as me at first I was told no but then another agent assisted with getting it done. My friend asked a few times about late check out and was told to check back the next morning. You can pay $50 to stay until 2pm. The bar restaurant is nice. The bagel shop across the courtyard is good."

"The property was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Can’t recommend mixed drinks at the bar as the bartender, although friendly, didn’t do very well with my cocktail. Food was on point though, and service was just as good. Highly recommend the honey and old bay chicken wings at the bar. Room was clean enough… Found an awkward burner stain on my top sheet but otherwise a very decent stay. I have enjoyed several different indigo hotels and this one was just fine.
