"I didn't like that when I went to go check in, I was told my room was canceled. On the booking site, it said , PAY AT PROPERTY at check in.... When I went to check in and pay, I was told that my credit card couldn't be processed.. Why are they trying to run my credit card if I hadn't even checked in? Now if I had gone in, in person and my card couldn't be processed, then I would understand it being canceled.. I booked this room in January and had the funds to pay at check in.. I asked if...

"Hands down the best hotel at the coast!!! They even have their own bar with happy hour. My daughter left sentimental items and the room. Staff collected them and held them till I was able to come back and pick them up. Great spot!"

"The outside of the property is not very aesthetic, but don’t let that fool you! The amenities are well taken care of and the rooms are very nice. The staff is so nice and helpful anytime we needed anything they were all so accommodating. "Nice hotel near the beach"

"The room was very dirty the pull out bed was full of dirt and black stuff on the bed dirty floors and roaches coming out the too. Poorly cleaned"

"The wall had a bloody booger on the wall. The toilet made a very loud, continuous, running sound. The hand towel had makeup on it when we got there. The cleaning staff circled our room multiple times before we had to check out and left their carts in front of our door, making it very difficult to walk out."

"There was an issue or something when i checked in, since apparently my room was not marked as occupied. Another customer as well as an employee tried to open my room twice while we were in there. Also, somebody went in while we were away, since we noticed some things missing."

"The room was a little dank smelling and the windows don’t open. But to be expected on the coast. All in all it was last minute and it worked for us. Hot tub and pool was nice. Good location but no views or anything. Bed was surprisingly comfy, nice pillows!"

"Hot tubs been broken for months, lots of Gnats in our room. But overall, Staff was nice, shower was hot. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning was noisy. You can tell if someone is staying above you. Not bad for the price, we would stay again."

"This room was very outdated, old furnishings. Beds were uncomfortable, squeaked every move you made. Definitely needs a remodel. Don’t recommend building 4 at all. Building 5 is the only one that looks reasonably decent."

"Our first time staying there. The location was great for what we needed. HEB and Popeyes in walking distance. Justin was great in letting us know where to eat and how to catch the ferry. We will be booking there again shortly. Thank you."
