"I ordered drinks that never came. The first one made it but the others that I ordered after, never arrived. I spoke to someone they assured me I would get my drink and it never came. When I asked one of the other ladies, she acted as though she didn’t want to be bothered. Other than that, all other staff were very polite and respectful. The room was blah! "The elevators were broken so the line to get to and from your room was outrageous, they did refund us a day off our stay but we had to walk down several flights of stairs in the back staff stairwell because we didn’t want to wait a hour for the elevator, so we deserved it , the room was nice though and clean , other than the elevator we had a good time "

"The room was ok looking , but the room wasn’t very clean , hair in the shower on the second day there was a roach in the room , I complained they gave me a new room and gave me 75$ food vouchers and I the new room there was huge ball of hair on the floor so they gave me a late check out , the staff took care of the situation but I would not come back again "

"I’ve been staying at the Claridge for some time now. I came down for the last AC beer fest weekend and Claridge is typically my place to stay. It’s sad how COVID has diminished these once pristine places. The gift shop was gone, the lounge, empty, and the overall vibe was a little sad. The Ocean view room was fine, but was is severe need of updating. A dilapidated wet bar was in the room that seemed to serve no purpose, and one of the recessed lights above the bed was broken. "Overall trip was good..but hold my credit card for security was told a security deposit will be held on my credit card and my funds would return to my card after stay, but was charge a room boarding fee for each night and after calling to dispute was told expedia should have told me. Expedia didnt take my credit card and told me one thing then did another thing. Deceitful."

"We stayed here many times. Full kitchen. Electric stove top. Pots, plates and utensils are stocked. Great view of ocean or Atlantic city depending on where the room is situated. There's a balcony. Great value. Full sized fridge. On site pool. Great for families just be cautious with balcony with kids. "
