"The room was not cleaned well upon arrival.
Towels were not changed regularly
Bed sheets were not changed during the whole stay (1 week)
Found hair inside the bed upon arrival
Reception were not reachable most of the time
Staff don’t speak English, difficult to communicate
Light in the bathroom was burnt
The hairdryer was not working
Remote control was out of battery
Shower water was spread in the corridor and living room
Internet connection was very poor
Kitchen supplies were dirty"

"I loved this place! It was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The highlight for us was definitely the patio. It was spacious, relaxing, and the perfect spot to enjoy our mornings and evenings. Another bonus was that this was the only apartment on the level, which gave us extra privacy and made our stay even more peaceful. Overall, a wonderful place to stay, and I would happily come back!"

"Small but beautiful and clean apartment, 2 blocks from the beach. Check-in is at a completely different address several blocks away, which was unclear in the app, so I had to walk some distance with my bags to find it. The staff were very sweet and they drove me back to the apartment after check in. Check out procedure is also vague, I dropped off the key cards, then emailed to confirm that was all I had to do, but have yet to receive a response. Unclear if the problem is with the Hotels.com...
