"All of the staff looked like they had just lost their best friend and didn’t want to be there. Very unhelpful when we came with any question or concern. It was so stupid you couldn’t pay the difference so my grandson could get the item he wanted. He actually won a nice prize in the claw machine but it dropped it right before it was delivered. We told staff… they did nothing. Another machine also took his points… again nothing . Very disappointed "

The breakfast bar was a little short on warm foods. This is my second stay here they have made significant improvement since the first time I stayed here. I would stay here again.
