"Tassie. Woth no effective heater. The heat pump in the reverse cycle air con wasnt working. And known by the porotery management team (in writing). Left with non fit for purpose oil heaters etc. After advising was left to try and get resolution through hotels.com who were blocked at any refund by the sites management. Had a wonderful two days hiking the area. Wont be staying here or through this management team ever again. Been using this site for my business and personal travel for...
