"Love the grand chancellor. Only issue we had was lighting in room. Your room card operates lighting so of a night there is pitch blackness which is dsngerous when trying to navigate your way to toilet and not wanting to turn all lights on. The room needs stand alone soft lamp light in corner of room so you can get up safely at night."

"We enjoyed the Range and Putt Putt. Helpful staff great variety of dining options. Clean and great comfy bed, the only downfall was the pillow - ask at the desk for other options - we found this out upon checkout 😊"

"The location was great for our family and the apartment was very spacious. The only issues I have was the people above us walking very heavy-footed so hearing every step right throughout the night. The chiming of the clock tower also kept me up (which is not the hotel's fault)."

"This is a very nice property with very friendly staff. The property is clean and well managed. My only criticism arises from outside traffic noise which can be disruptive. The hotel does, however, provide complimentary, disposable ear plugs for guests."

"Overall might have been a lovely stay but if you are handed the keys to room 6 turn around forget your money and go elsewhere. Directly on the main road, at the top of the stairs so you join in everyones conversations. Also directly above the noisy doo that enters the building. We had to make door jams with our pizza box to stop our door shaking eberytime the downstairs door opened."

"Unfortunately had a rough check in where one room could't be located due to the system changing the name on our booking. Otherwise the rooms were spacious and clean."

"The room was very clean and had all we needed. The only thing missing was robes, but that’s not a deal breaker. Beautiful bathroom 😍 Bed was comfortable. The only downsides - minor - was that the room was cold when we entered. It would have been a nice touch for the room to be warm. Also, the hallway was very cold. Never had this at a hotel before. Staff were excellent and the Bluestonw Kitchen had beautiful food 😍"
