"It's a very quiet part of the town but as breakfast is included. It made the stay more manageable. It is very near the cruise ships and the rooms were very comfortable. There's also a good selection of laundry and onsen facilities. Wouldn't mind staying here again. "

"L hotel est juste incroyable. Tout est tellement beau, toutes les zones communes decorees de sculpture et bassoin d eau, immense et de toute beaute. Les chambres sont a coupees le soufle (grandeur, deco et vue. Si vous allez dans la region c est un must!"

Terrible experience, definitely not worth it

"The overall experience of my stay is terrible: there are molds in the bathtub; the toothbrushing cup was used as cigarette trash tray by previous occupant and was not replaced when we move in; the washbasin is jammed; the sewer make noises randomly the whole night; the receptionists and staff barely speaks English. The only good things of the hotel are exterior view and food. "

"Right next to the lake, so picturesque even when the lake was completely frozen. The staff were super nice and attentive, good with speaking English too. Onsen was amazing. Definitely recommend. "
