"I loved my stay at the Norton Grange from start to finish. Every member of staff was so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. My Privilege Room was lovely, spotlessly clean and with pristine bed linen and towels. I loved the little touches like the Nespresso machine, stocked minibar fridge and a really nice selection of teas and coffee with biscuits! There was also a gorgeous bathrobe and slippers. The bathroom was beautiful, again spotlessly clean and with thoughtful high-quality amenities and toiletries along with lovely huge bath towels. I ate dinner in the restaurant and my meal was delicious, freshly cooked and served very quickly, again by absolutely delightful staff. Breakfast was absolutely stunning with the most amazing selection of delicious food including the best locally produced sausages I have ever tasted. After breakfast I used the spa. It was wonderful. I used the thermal pools and the aroma steam room and I loved them. The pools were amazing, especially the one that is open to the outside where you can look out over the grass and trees and watch the squirrels playing. Everything was just lovely and the cherry on the cake was seeing a beautiful deer in the meadow next to the hotel as I went out to my car to set off home. Absolutely wonderful and I can’t wait to visit again in a few weeks. Thank you to everyone who made it such a lovely experience."

"It was easy to spot our next stop over, it looked really good from the outside. Parking was easy and pretty secure. We headed to reception to check in and was met my Paula, who made us feel very welcome. She was very friendly and very informative. We checked the room out and it was behind reception, within a beautiful setting. The room was smartly decorated and presented. 2 nice double beds, large bathroom with TV and tea/coffee facilities. We did have to request more cups, but that was no issue from Paula, she did this straight away. We requested a menu and decided to stay there for a meal. The waiter seemed new, but tried his best, think he was the only one serving. The food looked appealing and tasted pretty good, the breakfast was also great too, considering it was in with the price. A very enjoyable stop over and will definitely be looking to return to the area and be booking with these guys again. Thank you! "

"Rooms need upgrading on the 2nd floor. We arrived 1pm. Check in normally 2pm. Reception wanted £10 extra for each room for an early check in. PARKING EASY £4 PER NIGHT "

"We were given a room in the courtyard area no43, It was small for 2 people It smelled musty and damp The wallpaper on the outside wall was blistered.One end of the radiator, the thermostat end, was tied to the wall with a plastic tie wrap.The window was to high to reach to open There is no lift in the main part of the house or the Courtyard rooms.No43 is on the ground floor"
