"Overall very well put together resort. Better value for money than Seychelles. Got a nice upgrade (paid), place is good if travelling with kids. Internet was a bit bumpy, but they were quite booked, so likely capacity issue. Staff very supportive, All-In probably not needed if you don’t want to roll back home. Half/Full board definitely more than enough."

"Excellent service"

"The room was very clean, decent amenities including a bar service, coffee, tea. The Air conditioning worked perfectly. However the toilet bowl could be better sanitized with disinfectant, some towels were still damp but enough were provided including for the beach. The food was fair with a good breakfast buffet. Beach access and amenities were excellent. The staff were helpful but there were many trainees and few seasoned staff. Overall it was a very comfortable stay. The promised bottle of wine...

"Great location short cab or bus to flic en flac hotel staff all very pleasant and helpful. Well appointed room with ample water supplied and housekeeping twice daily. Restaurants and bars of good quality. Breakfast plentiful"

"We had a relaxing stay overall. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the beach was lovely. However, recurring issues with communication, follow-through and attention to detail affected our experience. On arrival, the robe was dirty and a few items had been left by previous guests. Before arrival, I asked about a special dinner but was directed towards the usual restaurants. During our stay, we discovered private dining was an option. We were also incorrectly told entertainment was only on...

"Everything was very well organized and I had a great stay. The property was clean and the secure parking was also a big plus. A special thank you to Vishnu (if i spell it correctly) from the breakfast service. His service was excellent and he was always incredibly friendly and helpful. He really made the mornings even more enjoyable. The rest of the staff were fantastic as well. Everyone at reception, the housekeeping team, the gate/security staff, and all the other employees I met were...

"Lagoon Attitude was an exceptional stay\. We spent eight days here and couldn’t believe it was a four\-star hotel\. We’ve stayed in five\-star hotels that didn’t match its service, attention to detail or luxury\. Our ground\-floor room was spotless, beautifully designed and had a gorgeous sea view overlooking the boathouse\. The hammock was a lovely touch, and I recommend requesting a ground\-floor room\. Special thanks to Kaveesh, the manager, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout...
