"The unit is clean. However, there is no room service for the 4 days i was staying. I think probably it would be better to help us change the towel for every 2 days stay. Parking at the premises is 1000 yen per day. Overall the stay is comfortable. 5 mins drive to aeon shopping mall. Will come back again in future!"

"Average experience, this is clearly a newly open residence and only one floor is in service while the owner is still renovating the second floor. Maybe a lot for one person to handle , but professionalism could improve, cleanliness was ok but not perfect and while some things are newly renovated, this is an older building. Owner is helpful though and this may all improve in time . For now it’s a bit expensive for what it is, but there is limited options on Aka island anyways. "

"We were well taken care of during our stay. Room was great and the views were phenomenal. Breakfast and dinner were provided and served to us on the patio in front of our room. The food served was very tasty and unique. There is also a happy hour in which drinks (beer/wine) were served to our patio. Snorkeling gear and wet suit were also provided. They will also pick up/drop off at ferry port. The entire trip felt like a special and customized experience. Highly recommend and would love to...

"Great stay at Kerama Beach Hotel, the team there were amazing and looked after our every need. The hotel is situated away from the main town but we were able to use the hotel shuttle bus any time we needed. The food was varied and really excellent. Not a lot happening in and around the hotel but that suited us fine and the surrounding area is great for walking & snorkelling. All in all a lovely stay!"
