"I booked 1 room in Hotel Sonnenhof on 16th February, via Hotels.com, for a stay commencing on 28th May. Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, no option to cancel or reduction in rate was offered. "Die Aussicht war sehr schön .Leider hatten wir regen, konnten leider durch die Plastikfolie nichts sehen, da diese beschlagen war. Damit macht das Bubble Tent Hotel keinen Sinn für mich. Klimaanlage war auch sehr laut. Das Restaurant in 300meter Entfernung hatte leider auch geschlossen."

Notre chambre devait être la pire de l'hôtel. Il y avait une seule fenêtre dans la chambre donnant directement sur le stationnement et les bacs de vidanges. "Het hotel was netjes, ontbijt was prima. De bedden waren matig. Wij sliepen met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen op de kamer. Het bed voor de ouders was prima, de kussens stelde weinig voor. Het bed voor de kinderen was hard en klein. Uiteindelijk heeft onze dochter op de grond geslapen op de dekens. Net zo hard maar dan wel de ruimte. "
