The front desk manager has a Ritz Carleton mentality where he goes above and beyond to please his guests. We had some issues with the sleeping arrangements and he solved it in seconds. The staff at the hotel is helpful and accommodating except the service in the lobby which is lazy and unaccommodating. It's almost feels like a different section that...

"I checked few hotels in Ein Bokek. Some of them have AC very noisy. This hotel was very quiet in this matter. Another good thing was, no kids. It was another reason for a quiet place. The only problem was, I was in non-smoking area outside with the sign "No smoking". Some people disregarded the sign and they smoke. I asked person on front desk to get involved in this matter , but he just ignored it. He suppose to stop them from smoking or to send then to a smoking area."
