"The hotel was in a great location downtown. Walking distance from tons of restaurants. They had a supply closet with items like toothpaste, tissues, razors etc for free which came in handy. They provided us a code to enter the building and a code for our room so there was no in person check in process which was nice. They were extremely helpful and responsive over text. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Everything was good. The reason I have a poor review for the amenities. Is because they pool wasn't working and the TV had connection restrictions on it. The only reason I booked was because of the pool. I recommend the Hoilday Inn express in Lancaster Ohio. My daughter's room was there. So much better for less a night."

"Air conditioner was nice and cold. Breakfast was nice and hot with a variety tissue from. The pool was very very clean, that was my favorite part. They offer towels in the pool area. They have a beautiful patio that you can go outside and sit or barbecue. Definitely coming to stay again next time I visit the caves. Also, very conveniently located by the Logan Beach."

"This property had potential, but the room was rented to us filthy. Floors and Surfaces: The floors were completely unswept and unmopped. We immediately had to sweep up dirt and leftover food (including pretzels) from the previous tenant. Because no mop was provided, we had to hand-wash the filthy floors. Additionally, all furniture and surfaces had a thick layer of dirt and grime, indicating they hadn’t been wiped down in months. Bathroom: The shower drain had hair sitting on top of it....

"We were very happy with the location. Not far from the hikes and close to the town of Logan. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and was very well set up. The kids loved the big yard to play outside and the fire pit was great in the evening. The fountain was pretty and a nice added touch. It has some nice features all around ."

"Black fur on the bedding when we arrived. Our dogs are golden retrievers that are blond. Net/TV issues - We could not communicate with others staying at the cabin while we were out due to no internet or cell phone signal. No dish soap - but was required to do dishes for checkout. We had to buy some during our trip No bar soap/hand soap. We had to buy our own. Very few towels - Only one dish towel to do dishes and only 2 bath towels were left for 4 guests. Water wasn't warm - Required to do...
