"first, the staff was incredibly kind, helpful and courteous. The hot breakfast was first class. Everything was very clean. Our room had coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. but the lunch counter in our room had high top chairs , which is fine with young people, not so great with us oldsters. For a hotel that is only 10 or so years old, there were no USB outlets, and only one side of the bed had a nightstand. But these are minor point. Very enjoyable stay and we highly recommend the Wallhouse"

"We stayed in the annex building which is just a block outside of Berlin in a quiet neighborhood. I was worried we were going to be further away but was pleasantly surprised with the location. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff back at the main building was friendly and helpful. "

"The only negative was we booked the room with a hot tub. Which was extra and it was not made available to us. There was 7” of snow on top of the cover and the tub itself was iced all around it, so would not be able to remove the cover. It should have been checked before our arrival to make sure it was able to be used. A disappointment for sure."
