"I understand that they are renovating the hotel. But in the shower was grout that was stuck to the main area of the shower. The toilet seal was super dirty and moldy. And the faucet in the restroom was also stained with grout. Breakfast was cold. But De’Angela was a beautiful soul that greeted us with such positivity that we needed after a long stressful day of driving."

"Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several issues that affected our experience. The amenities were disappointing — the hot tub was not up to par because the bubbles/jets were not working properly, and the pool itself was extremely cold, making it difficult to enjoy.
The biggest issue was the room. We experienced a significant ant problem throughout our stay. While the staff did spray the room, the problem continued regardless. Unfortunately, because the hotel was completely sold out for...

"My room smelled like dog pee they allow dogs so they couldnt change my room because it was at ful capacity .... Which means they've made tons of money on this property they should spend some money on the cleaning products.....just so you know I rather of stayed in my truck for two days instead of pee smelled room I am a semi truck driver I paid a little more for a Travelodge rather then the red hotel that was next to my job
stayed here for two nights and my room smelled strongly of dog urine...
